Maja Jaworska (GB)

Maja Jaworska is the GM of Mr Lyan's Super Lyan & Cub in Hoxton. After joining the team to run the coffee pop-up 'Black Lyan' she joined the family permanently. Having worked in coffee for 3 years, she brought her meticulous attention-to-detail to the cocktail world, along with her acute palate. Not only this but she also brought a keen understanding of the sustainability practices so important to the future of coffee farming. This passion married perfectly with the focus Mr Lyan's brands have and has added much valuable insight over her time with the company. She also likes cats.
