Janice graduated in 2001 from the Dutch Film and Television Academy. She directed three, well received, television movies. Janice has two silver lions at Cannes Lions for the commercials she made for documentary festival IDFA. In 2016 she made her movie debut in romantic comedy ‘Hartenstrijd’, written by Nienke Römer. Series that Janice directed are ‘Papadag’ and ‘Dertigers’. She loves diverse styles and storytelling. Always searching for an unique viewpoint, quirky humor and emotion. Humor and drama combined is her favorite combination.
