IXBALANKE Dj / Producer: His passion for complex atmospheres and sounds was what led him to choose his passion for electronic music. He began playing at
private parties in 2002. Defining a raw and imposing sound, full of hypnotic and shocking overtones, where he reproduces his feelings, moods and essence, in fascinating sets. He is an active member of Vocoder, a leading collective of underground Techno in Mexico City and the center of the country; as well as Infonabeat Sound System, who have been characterized by consolidating their own endemic sound and style on the northern border of the country: the so-called Tijuana Techno. Ixbalanke has performed in different cities in Mexico, the United States and Europe at private parties and nightclubs, among which are Playa del Carmen,
Merida, Valladolid, Tulum, CDMX, Guanajuato, Ensenada, Tecate, Mexicali, Toluca, Puebla, Tijuana, San Diego Ca., Los Angeles Ca., Jacumba Ca., and Orange County; Valencia Spain, Amsterdam and Berlin Germany.

He has made different remixes and podcasts broadcast on different platforms and radio stations, nationally and internationally, including: E-Radio One and Cubase
(Germany), Oficial FM (England), Techno Color Radio Show (United States), Tijuana Experience Podcast (Tijuana), Triangle Radio Show (Arizona), Particle FM
(San Diego Ca.), UM Underground Movements (Toluca), Sonidos Dispersos, Critical State and Santas Ñeras
(CDMX).

Ambitious to advance his musical production techniques and sound arts, he created an alternative project in conjunction with Miguel Angel V. a.k.a. Netika, whose
name is Voca Negra. This project was what led them to form the iconic Tijuana record label: Infonabeat Records.
Currently Ixbalanke continues to stir the maximum interest of listeners with his presentations at different events, clubs and spaces in Mexico and Southern California in the United States, showing his quality as a DJ, where his sets are a reflection of the most energetic Techno, with direct explosions, full of endless dynamic throughout the night on the most demanding dance floors.
