With a dual academic background in Creative Business (Music Management) and Social Work & Sociology, Ilinca combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people — an approach that defines her work in today’s dynamic music landscape. Her journey began at several record labels, where she gained hands-on experience in sync and product management, supporting both emerging talents and established artists.

Now, with over four years in the music industry and nearly two years at Yap Agency, Ilinca has become an integral part of the team.
