François Gérard, an agronomist, oversees the implementation of Toopi Organics in Belgium and the Netherlands. Toopi Organics is a French startup established in 2019 by Michael Roes with the aim of eliminating human urine from the freshwater cycle. In Europe, 2400 billion liters of drinking water are squandered on disposing of our urine into the sewers.
