Draaidokter (NL)

I started dj-ing six years ago after producing his own music at home since 2012. After many houseparties, small festivals of friends, playing in Tivoli Vredenburg once, I feel I have the skills now to play at bigger stages. After I got in touch with Kind of One and Mitch de Klein of 50:HERTZ, I feel even more excited to be playing for bigger crowds now.

The name Draaidokter is derived from when I studied medicine, my other passion in life.

My music style is a mix of genres. I enjoy playing with the energy of music, rather than dj-ing in one genre. I love to feel the energy of the crowd and adjust my set to them.

I'm mostly influenced by the following labels; For techno: Afterlife (tale of us, innellea, colyn), Innervisions, maceo plex
House: laurent garnier, George Fitzgerald, bicep, four tet, rampa, &me, african/tribal style house.
Disco: absolute classics like gipsy woman, dj koze, Krystal klear, Gerd janson, purple disco machine.
