Déquant Khattabi (28), born in Aruba and based in the Netherlands, is a creative director, artist manager, and A&R with a strong focus on branding and talent development. After an international career as a dancer and choreographer, he shifted his focus to the music industry, where he guides both emerging and international artists in shaping their identity, building sustainable careers, and translating their music into powerful experiences for audiences.

As founder of Lab Future Entertainment and co-founder of MCDF Agency, Déquant supports artists through branding, PR, creative direction, and strategic planning — bridging the gap between artistic vision and market positioning while helping talent step confidently onto the stage.
