Denis Doeland (Utrecht, 1971) has been a music industry professional since 1993, initially working for ID&T (Thunderdome, Sensation, Mysteryland) as head honcho of the music and publishing divisions. In 2002, he set up DDMCA (Denis Doeland Management Consultancy and Advice)and after completing a series of internationally successful projects, he returned to ID&T, starting up ID&T’s music download platform, Dance-Tunes the first official music download platform in the Netherlands and initiated the first digital strategy for ID&T, Q-dance and Sensation. Since May 2011, he has been focusing on DDMCA his management and consulting company whereas he helps dj's, artists, record labels and management to find their way in the digital domain. He has been a guest lecturer for several universities in the Netherlands since 2013. Denis is author of three Dutch books: 'vanAnaloognaarDigitaal.nu', 'EDM en de Digitale Wereld' and 'Digitaal Vermogen'. Two books are also translated into English 'EDM and the Digital Domain' and 'Digital Assets'.
