David Koster (NL)

David Koster is an A&R manager which stands for Artists & Repertoire manager. This means that David talks to the label’s artists on a daily basis. Before the artists get signed to Top Notch or Noahs Ark they are scouted by the A&R and then negotiate about the details for a record deal. When agreement is reached, David focusses on the creative and musical development of an artist. The past 13 years David has worked at several record labels. He has had the privilege to work with artists like S10, Broederliefde, Chef’Special, Lijpe, Frenna, de Staat, Bizzey, Snelle & Bente.
