David Koster-Kool (NL)

David Koster-Kool specializes in talent development. On a daily basis, he scouts for the next big names in the music industry. Whenever he decides to collaborate with an artist, his focus is always on building a sustainable artistic career.

For the past 15 years, David has been an active force in the Dutch music scene. He has contributed to the breakthroughs of several artists, including S10, Frenna, Bente, Josylvio, De Staat, Bizzey, Snelle, Joost Klein, and Chef'Special. In working with these artists, one central question has always guided him: "How can my artists make the right decisions at the right time?" That is precisely where David's experience and expertise come in.

Over the course of his career, David has worked for several record companies, including Top Notch, Noah's Ark, Sony, and Virgin. During his time at Top Notch, he also worked as a publishing A&R. Today, he runs his own music consultancy firm, Whoopsy Dayzee, where he continues to guide artists toward long-term success.
