Ben Dragon is a musical force conducting notes and rhythms into powerful melodies and unforgettable tunes. He was forged into this world in the birthplace of house, Chicago, and has since lived in the world’s most notorious music meccas including London and Los Angeles, where he now resides. He began his music career hanging out in major studios around Los Angeles gaining invaluable experience from learning and working on music with Grammy-award winning producers, songwriters, artists, and engineers in the music industry. After years of writing and producing several successful songs with artists around the world, he began to shift focus onto his own music and integrate his experience and knowledge into a passion he could not seem to escape–house music. Since that time, he has quickly become one of the leading premiere DJ/Producers in Los Angeles and is internationally known around the world. He founded his own imprint “Fire To My Ears” near the end of 2015 and his first debut releases have already been featured on iTunes, Beatport, Juno Records, and garnered massive support from seminal house record labels and well-respected DJs. In just a short period of time, he has already become famous for his insanely infectuous grooves that fuse classic house and techno elements with a plethora of musical influences including 90’s Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Funk, and Soul. His records are consistently in heavy rotation on well-known radio stations and podcasts, being played in the biggest clubs around the world, posted on influential soundcloud channels, and featured on highly-respected online publications including Digital DJ Pool, Complex (Audiomack), Vacation Records, and Housebootlegs. He has become a regular featured DJ on the esteemed AMW.FM (Amsterdam’s Most Wanted House Radio) and his movement has earned him rankings on ReverbNation House Music as high as #1 in the Nation, and #2 in the world. Strongly tied to his passion for music, Ben Dragon also regularly contributes to the spread and advance of dance culture. Having trained under the pioneers and originators of house-dance, he has been on several award-winning dance crews since his childhood and is well-known in the freestyle community. His combined love of dance and music gives him a unique perspective that few can see and it is the driving force in his records that make people want to get down. When he’s not in the studio, you will find Ben Dragon playing shows, festivals, rocking the dancefloor in LA’s notorious underground warehouse events, exclusive rooftop and pool parties, and world-class venues around the globe. He will be on tour in Europe this fall and is scheduled to play in Amsterdam’s legendary ADE week at the iconic underground Club NL and the AMW.FM radio station.
