Bas Kaspers (NL)

Since 1995, Bas Kaspers has played a consistent and diverse role in the dance industry. Over the years, he has contributed to many successful projects in various capacities; from artist to artist manager, DJ to event promoter, and A&R to managing director. His work spans everything from releasing club anthems to scoring radio hits.

In 2025, Bas launched Turn up the Bas, offering consultancy and management support for artists. That same year, he established Loud Industry Publishing, a dance-focused music publisher, and planned the first release for his label Unleash The Beats. His passion for dance runs deep, and he embraces a wide range of styles - from pop to underground, including the harder genres, making him one of the few professionals who truly advocates for the entire scene.
