Austin Dest (NL)

For DJ and producer Austin Dest, music has been a huge drive and source of inspiration throughout her life. Born and raised in Amsterdam, and crazy about collecting tunes from a young age. Austin got into electronic music around the age of 21 and got inspired to start producing and DJing a couple of years later. As part of the producer duo 'Austin Martin', she has released several records on Cinematique records/Manual Music, and Particles/Proton, and recently had the honor to have her first solo release signed on Jaydee’s label First Impression.

Her first true love back in those days was that (2013 - 2016) groovy deep house, which will always come back in her musical choices behind the deck. Later she developed a wider taste including different styles of house, techno, electro and progressive. But there always has to be a groove. During her sets she will make you feel the energy, and surprise you with a journey through deep, funky, progressive, house and techno. Having done Radio DJ sets for a.o. Cinematique Visions on Proton Radio, ISLA Radio and Amsterdams Most Wanted, and played clubs like Noorderlicht Amsterdam, ClubNL, Akhnaton and RLGC Austin is ready to take over the live scene.
