As the co-founder of Music Export Ukraine, Alona has supported hundreds of musicians and creatives from Eastern Europe to connect, collaborate, and grow internationally. From managing 100+ acts at Ukraine’s biggest festivals to designing international exchange programs across Europe and Central Asia, her work blends grassroots energy with boardroom strategy.

She’s an advocate for non-formal education, a trusted expert in European funding, and a regular speaker at industry events.
