Allison owns Manic Monkee, which is a firm that does strategic business deveolpment, experimental marketing, creative engaging activations for all kinds of brands, produces festivals/events and aligns brands with sponsorship/partnerships. Manic Monkee is also an artist development firm Shaw also produces new media content for commercials and does the music supervision for them. Allison is also on the Board of Directors for Non-Profit music charity Sweet Relief. Allison produced LA's first all solar powered music festival Sunstock Solar Festival where all the proceeds went to children with cancer. Allison is the head of partnerships for Muzooka that manages digital artist assets for festivals/ticketing/venues/publishing/labels/radio networks/streaming and does simplified setlist reporting and verfication for proper royalty distribution. Shaw is currently producing and curating the 16th annual festival Tarfest LA at the La Brea Tarpits. Allison is also co-producing the charity benefit Strange 80's 2, held at the Fonda Theatre in LA and created by Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things. Shaw started her career in music writing for MTV/VH1. Allison also founded Hyperactive Music Magazine which was in over 1200 locations nationally. She also started Hyperactive Conference and Music Festival with 200 bands and 60 speakers annually, and was the executive director for Santa Fe Muzik festival with over 65k in attendance over 3 days. Allison worked for Rachael Ray's entertainment company Watch and was co-creator and producer for the Rachael Ray Feedback SXSW. She also ran the label Listen Records/Sony. Shaw is also co-creator for the Whole Foods/Quantum Collective/SX Invasion during SXSW showcase which produced the first ever Amazon appearance and Fitbit. Allison formally was Director of Brand Strategy for Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Inductee's Public Enemy.
