Running Backroom Entertainment since 1999. Founded by her business partner Alma Poric in 1994 Backroom is one of Europe’s long lasting independent booking agencies working with electronic artists worldwide . Clients include Todd Terje, Âme, Jennifer Cardini ,Dixon and Henrik Schwarz. She has been accompanying careers of over 100 established acts in electronic music field in the past 15 years. Backroom Entertainment is a full service Booking Agency, taking care of many tasks that usually an artist management would cover, so the agents have a very close relationship to the acts they represent. Alex has also been the musical director of the Robert Johnson Club in Offenbach for its first 4 years (1999-2003) and has been working at Freebase Records in Frankfurt in the same time frame being a passionate music lover and record collector herself. Originally from Frankfurt, she studied Film/ Theatre and Media Sciences and Business Administration.
