ALAIN HELLION (MX)

Hi, I'm Alain Hellion, Mexican DJ and producer with more than 23 years of experience in the vibrant electronic dance music scene.

During my career, I have had the opportunity to be an active part of the evolution of the genre in Mexico, contributing with a sound that combines powerful and danceable rhythmic bases with subtle and groovy atmospheres.
I am passionate about exploring and mixing genres such as garage, house, deep, funk and avant-garde electronica, always looking to offer sets that connect deeply with the audience and reflect the diversity of influences that inspire me.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being a resident in some of the most important venues in Mexico, which has allowed me to consolidate my presence in the national scene.
In addition, my music has taken me to international stages in countries such as Greece, Germany, France and the United States, experiences that have enriched my vision and style as an artist.
I have shared booth with over 100 international DJ's, including iconic names such as Hernan Cattaneo, James Zabiela, Dave Seaman, Sasha, Lee Burridge, Steve Lawler, Damian Lazarus and Adam Beyer. Each of these collaborations has been an opportunity to learn and grow, contributing to both my personal and professional development.
Currently, I am director of the agency Boombox MX, where I work in the promotion and development of new talents in the electronic music scene.
I am also general director of Terraza Catedral, a space that has become a reference point for electronic music in Mexico City.

Here, we have managed to create a community passionate about music, where both emerging and established sounds are celebrated.
My focus is always on the creation and exploration of new sounds. At the moment, I am immersed in the production of new EP's, which are being released on European and American labels. This creative process allows me to keep evolving as an artist, always looking to offer something new and authentic to the scene.
