Roland Leesker (DE)

Roland Leesker has been deeply connected to electronic music since his early days as a House DJ in Frankfurt, where he became a regular presence behind the decks at clubs such as Wild Pitch Club, XS and Dorian Gray. His path soon led him from the dancefloor to the record counter, working at the influential Delirium Records before moving to New York City to open its first international branch.

After studying International Finance and Law across China, Great Britain and Germany, Roland brought his passion for music into the wider industry, taking on senior marketing roles at Ministry of Sound and Virgin Music. There, he worked on campaigns for artists including Octave One, Eric Prydz, David Guetta and The Chemical Brothers.

Today, Roland is Managing Director of Get Physical Music, music publishing consultant for Francesco Tristano, and manager of legendary DJ Chris Liebing. Still driven by the same love for records, clubs and dance culture, he continues to play rare vinyl from his ever-growing collection at selected shows.
