VILBØ (LT)

Before music became the centre of his life, VILBØ was building a career as a basketball coach in Norway. Yet music was always somewhere in the background — from searching for new sounds and taking over the AUX at parties to eventually realizing that it was something he wanted to explore much deeper. After returning to Lithuania, he began learning the craft of DJing, developing his own sound and building a creative path around electronic music.

VILBØ does not define himself through one specific genre. His sets move between Tech House, Indie Dance, Afro House, Melodic House, House and Minimal, with the direction shaped by the atmosphere, the people and the moment. Rather than simply playing tracks, he approaches every set as a continuous journey — building tension, changing moods and connecting different sounds into one story. This approach also allows him to play extended sets of up to 12 hours, moving naturally through different stages of energy.

Beyond his own artist project, VILBØ is the founder and creative director of Decks & Stories — a global electronic music platform where international DJ mixes meet human stories. Through artist curation, events, community development and creative direction, he has built the project around a simple idea: there is always more behind the person standing behind the decks than the music alone.

Whether performing or developing Decks & Stories, VILBØ is driven by the same instinct — discovering new sounds, creating meaningful moments and connecting people through music.
