Maxime de Waal (NL)

Using the body as a means of expression was taught to MC de Waal by years of modelling. She now uses this experience for her art. She tries to make people rethink their opinions, to make them less quick to judge, by pushing the boundaries of self-alteration. Now during ADE, presenting new photoworks, a leather suit, a new song by alterego Maxime Duvall (remixed by Italo Connection) and the launch of music label Disco Total Tophit Records shows the variety of her way of working.
