Mark Abou Jaoude is Spotify’s Head of Music for MENAT+. With over 15 years of experience in the music industry, Mark began his journey in radio, championing local talent across Lebanon, Jordan, and the UAE. As the landscape evolved, he shifted into streaming, leading artist discovery programs designed to spotlight and empower emerging voices from the region.

At Spotify, Mark is focused on amplifying the rich and diverse sounds of the Arab world on a global stage, while also bringing the platform’s flagship music initiatives to the region. His work bridges cultural authenticity with global innovation, ensuring artists not only get heard, but get seen and celebrated.

Outside of Spotify, you’ll likely find Mark in the kitchen as an avid home chef, working out, spending time with family, or on the basketball court and golf course.
