Claire Pace (AU)

Claire has been working at Discogs for three years; she joined the company when they decided to open an office in the Netherlands and has contributed to the growth and development of the Amsterdam team. She works on the Operations team as Vice President of People & Culture and is part of the team responsible for the internal health of Discogs. The role involves working with the Discogs team and building the culture to create the conditions for the team members to deliver excellent work and grow the business. Responsibilities involve talent acquisition, onboarding, team development, internal communication, team policies and benefits, and team training.
