Strategic Partner Manager, Artist Development

Born and raised in London, Ariel initially completed his MA in International Relations at the University of Sussex before pivoting to music.

He has spent over 8 years working directly with artists and their teams helping them to grow their online audiences at companies such as RCA Records (Sony Music), AWAL, and now YouTube. Helping to achieve success with campaigns for artists such as Little Simz, Girl in Red, Everything Everything, Nao, Shygirl, Meekz, Fredo and more.

Since the summer of 2021, Ariel has been the Strategic Partner Manager for Artist Development UK at YouTube in London, where he works with over 65 artist teams to help develop emerging artists on YouTube with strategic advice, best practice and through unlocking opportunities that help artists take their careers to the next level.

He is also a dog dad, long suffering McLaren fan and founder and former co-director of Twisted Hearts Records.
