In between the lively vibe of the city of Porto in the 1980s and 1990s and the etherial music of Pink Floyd he has always been with an eye for innovation. That is why his tech head oriented abilities led him to be involved in the first wave of the Internet in the early 1990s in Portugal, developing websites, envisioning digital marketing ideas and giving lectures in several educational institutions. In between he studied Pharmacy and Law in the university but the tech call was stronger for him. At the same time, the electronic music scene in Portugal was booming, he witnessed it and in the early 2000s he became part of Boom Festival. Like many others, first as party goer, then as production staff, nowadays as part of the management. He loves to travel and to use technology as a way to connect, empower and educate people. "Creating and developing communities, both virtually and physically, is one of the most important things in my life", he says.
