Toman (NL)

Starting his musical journey at an early age, Dutch DJ/producer Toman is now ready to share his talent with the rest of the world. Born in the early 90s and growing up in a musical household, Toman has been fascinated with House music for as long as he can remember. His love for the kick drum, snare and especially the hi-hat made him take drumming lessons. However, simply playing the drums wasn’t enough and it did not take long before he started focusing on making his own productions. For a couple of years Toman was playing around with different styles to find his own sound, which has now naturally evolved into a complex but minimalistic sound. From deep Minimal journeys, to dance-floor filling Tech House, Toman can deliver. Graduating from the Herman Brood Academy in 2017, where he was educated by some of the best professionals the Dutch music industry has to offer, was a big accomplishment in Toman’s promising career. His first solo EP titled “Solanas” was released on Mihai Popoviciu’s Cyclic Records in that same year. The EP hit the Beatport Top 100, climbed up to number #7 and stayed there for nearly three months. In between studio sessions where Toman is experimenting with new ways to express himself through his music, he is filling up his tour schedule. With bookings at festivals and clubs all over the Netherlands, where he has played alongside some of the biggest names in the scene, Toman is now ready to take his music to the international stages. Driven by passion and ready to share his talent with the rest of the world, Toman is ready for the next step in his career.
