Dionne van Zijl (NL)

After her role as food manager at the 2014 Food Film, Dionne is now project leader at the Food Festival on Tour, a project of the Youth Food Movement. The Youth Food Movement is the youth organisation of Slow Food, an international organisation which is working to ensure everyone has access and can enjoy food that is good for them, good for those who grow it and good for the planet. She is also a cook at Instock, whose no waste philosophy she often uses as an inspirational mind-set at events and festivals.
