Putting the "ilian" in Sivilian Affairs, co-founder Lilian Hautemulle is an events promoter, DJ and streaming manager based in Singapore. In 2019, she established Sivilian Affairs with her partner, Sivanesh Pillai. Together, they have helped fortify the underground touring circuit across Asia hosting key acts such as Jesse You, Baldo, Emel & Saint Guel, and Roshan. In her own DJ career, Lilian has played across the Asian network in Singapore, Bali, Malaysia, & Thailand.
