Jacobo Saavedra (ES)

He works with great delicacy, making use of his musical knowledge, as he comes from a family of musicians and has studied at a conservatory. He is a vinyl lover and his minimal house sound is characterised by great versatility, as his underground soul is capable of reaching all audiences.
Resident in Ibiza, he performs with promoters such as MTM, Game Over, Keep on Dancing, Zoo Project, Zero Logistic, Seriously or Mate in venues like Octan Ibiza, Cova Santa, Tox, Bora Bora, Nui (B12), Tantra or Lio. He has had the opportunity to play at Miami Music Week, the legendary Lion and Lamb in London, as well as venues in Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga. He hosts a weekly show on Pure Ibiza Radio, Follow the Groove.
As a producer he is focused on the vinyl format, he has sold out references such as HouseonWax 013, ConstructionF, Totoyov Gold, Caleto, Chihi Music, OFF003 or Defined Limited. His projects such as Mate LTD, in which he acts as AR and his own record label, SVDR, stand out, both with all the copies of his first references sold out. There are forthcoming releases for More Than Music, Movin or TCR.
He has also released his music on labels such as Fun Records, Kina Music, Tzinah, Re.Face, Kosmophono, Floorpiece, Totoyov, Inwave, Alma or Whoyostro, being in the top sales charts of the most important portals of the scene. JNJS, his project with Jay Nortown, is having a great reception, and together they have created a new concept called Velvet, which will bring together a vinyl only label with reference artists, and a series of events. His music has been played by great artists of the minimal-house scene, such as Nu Zau, Vern, Sepp, Cally, Chklte, Direkt, 2Vilas, SUAT, De La Swing, Tania Vulcano, Arapu or Silat Beksi in venues like Sunwaves, Amnesia Ibiza, DC10 or Unum Festival among others.
