Cristobal Tapia de Veer (CL)

Cristobal studied classical music in Québec City, specializing in percussion. One of his first soundtracks was the score for the British cult thriller UTOPIA, where he further introduced his unequivocal trademark: otherworldly vocals, unconventional instruments and dancefloor-ready arrangements that underscore the subject matter. This sound became his trademark. He created a database of his own sounds: from whistling to sighs and from rattles to squeaking and hissing animals.
