Vacancy ADE Conference Program Coordinator

ADE Conference Program Coordinator Lab

Position: Freelance (16-32 hours a week)
Period: June to mid November (exact start date in consultation)
Location: Amsterdam

The core of the Amsterdam Dance Event has been the annual ADE Pro conference for over 25 years. This is where the entire music industry engaged in electronic music, including artists, producers, DJs, agents, managers, record labels, tech companies, export bureaus, and governments, comes together.

Every year, ADE organizes two conferences: ADE Pro and ADE Lab.

ADE Pro:

More than 10,000 music professionals come to Amsterdam from 150 different countries. For this group we organize networking events and knowledge sharing sessions, we facilitate places to do business, take master classes and delegates can attend workshops. For four days you will receive all the insights into the latest trends within our sector, we will discuss current events and we will pay attention to the culture surrounding electronic dance music.

ADE Lab:

Through ADE Lab we offer a talent development program for emerging DJ’s and producers, people who are looking for more depth within mixed media and we have sessions for talents who want to work behind the scenes of the industry. We are providing knowledge to a new group of talents through master classes, demo drops, specialist sessions, panel discussions, keynotes and network events.
