ADE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for the Customer Relations & Hospitality department.
Period: June until November (in consultation) Working week: 40 hours
+ Are able to act as a proverbial front door for different types visitors; from professionals from the scene to a festival visitor
+ Have a good empathy and are customer and service oriented. You can recognize and anticipate potential questions and commercial opportunities
+ Can handle crowds and switch between different operations, channels and systems with ease
+ Are able to maintain contacts with national and international relations
+ Work result-oriented, systematically and have an eye for detail
+ Are able to be flexible and you are creative in finding solutions
+ Have good knowledge of the electronic music industry
+Are currently following a course at a minimum Higher Professional Education (HBO) level
You also have the following skills:
+ Good knowledge of office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.);
+ Good understanding of Dutch, good communication skills in English, both in speech and writing
+ A pleasant, informal and inspiring working environment in Amsterdam East
+ A large network within the music industry
+ A lot of responsibility and space to develop yourself
+ A market-based internship fee
