Concertgebouw w/ Niklas Paschburg Early Show

Niklas Paschburg from Berlin knows how to charm and bewitch with melodies and notes, mesmerizing sounds and a cinematic atmosphere, intense crescendi and a pop flavor that moves and fascinates. Following his debut album ‘Oceanic’ with 7K! in 2018 (a moving trip full of both melancholy and energy; twelve instrumental songs between neo-classical, ambient, and electronic music, inspired by nature), this year he released ‘Svalbard’. The album was created in and inspired by one of the world’s northernmost inhabited areas, the remote islands, and their rapidly changing landscapes indicating the more immediate and visible effects of climate change. Live he plays the upright piano, synthesizers, and accordion, all processed to sculpt a fluid cadence and hue.

The events are hosted in close collaboration with the city council. All of the public health and safety guidelines set by the government are taken into account. We kindly want to ask everyone to follow the guidelines and respect the rules that have been set by the participating venues. Read all about this here. We do not encourage (global) travel to Amsterdam.

This event is sold out through the ADE webshop, but tickets are still available through Het Concertgebouw here.

Even though travel by flight is currently not prohibited, we do not encourage global travel to Amsterdam during ADE. Our team is creating an online-first format to ensure everyone can enjoy the event without the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.

If you are planning to visit Amsterdam, please make sure to check the Dutch guidelines beforehand.

The current Covid-19 measures include keeping a distance of 1,5 meters and wearing a face mask when using public transport. Other general rules include washing your hands often, cough and sneeze into your elbow or disposable paper tissues and to stay home when you’re experiencing symptoms of a cold and/or fever. More information on the current COVID-19 measurements in Amsterdam can be found here.

The select number of ADE Special seated concerts have been set up in close coordination with the city council and the venues are obligated to operate within all COVID-19 guidelines in order to ensure everyone's health and safety.

The minimum age depends per event. Most clubs in Amsterdam are 18+ but some may have a higher minimum age. Please double check the venues website to make sure you can enter the event.
