Stephan La Haye ()

Stephan La Haye is one of the pioneers in getting events more sustainable. Stephan started in 2006 with the creation of the sustainable label "Barometer Duurzame Evenementen" and helped numerous Festivals en regional authorities in their goals to make their events greener. Stephan is also political advisor for city's as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch. The main goal of Stephan is to work on a sustainable chain supply, he makes stakeholders work together to achieve smart solutions. Together with several municipal water departments Stephan worked on a smart system with the main goal to retrieve valuable nutrients out of waste water. Since 2008 he has experience with several big events where urine was collected and treated to fertilizer.
