Rosanne Janmaat (NL)

With over 14 years of experience with ID&T, Rosanne knows the company and its brands like no other. She started as an intern and quickly worked her way up in the years that followed. In 2013 she helped set up the local ID&T office in New York and was involved in the rollout of the Sensation events throughout North America. After her time in the states, Rosanne joined the management team and helped ID&T implement its new corporate structure after transferring to a new owner. After this, she led several acquisitions and oversaw the development of new and innovative concepts. As of 2021, ID&T appointed Rosanne as its new COO, making her responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as implementing the strategy of ID&T together with the business unit managers of ID&T events like Awakenings, Q-Dance, and many others.
