King & Johnson (GB)

King and Johnston are a house music production duo from Perth, Scotland. Inspired by the acid and deep house movements, Craig and Aden combined their mutual appreciation of electronic music and started to create their own sound. They started producing and DJing in 2009 as Cerule but decided to venture into a different musical direction in 2013 as King and Johnston. They have released numerous EP’s, their latest being on Underground Source records earlier this year. This EP contained remixes from Ozzi and Sebb Aston and were supported by the likes of Sidney Charles and Hector Couto who have inspired King and Johnston’s music greatly. They have recently played in places such as St Judes in Glasgow and the Corinna, a local bar in Perth and are very much looking forward to playing at the cue bar during Amsterdam Dance Event this October to add to their experiences.
