Zain is the Senior Director of Luxury Brands for Europe for Marriott International. He leads brand management and marketing for Marriott’s portfolio of ~100 luxury hotels, across the W Hotels, Edition, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, and Bulgari brands.
Previously Zain led marketing for Latin America & the Caribbean for Wyndham Hotel Group, overseeing the region's brand, digital, and loyalty marketing, partnerships, e-commerce and distribution, revenue management, public relations and communications, and customer contact centre operations.
Originally from the U.K., Zain speaks English, French, and Spanish. He holds a BA and MA from The University of Oxford and a MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
