Sarah Hildering heads up business development North West Europe for leading technology and services company FUGA, and helps handle their electronica and EDM rights holders globally.
Working with the likes of Major Lazer, Martin Garrix, Ultra, Hardwell, Afrojack and Toolroom, dance specialist Sarah will typically consult on a label’s roster, release schedule and profile, to help shape their retail marketing strategy.
In her sixth year working at the company’s 75 strong Amsterdam HQ, Sarah made her mark early, helping set up FUGA’s promotions and marketing department, now an integral part of their operation.
Additionally to heading up business development at FUGA, Sarah does research, and advocates for gender inclusion and diversity in the music industry as chair of the Association For Electronic Music.
Sarah is an ambassador for the dance4life foundation, whose mission is to fight sexual violence towards young women in developing countries. She graduated from Maastricht University with a research masters in the field of work and organisational psychology, and positive psychology.
