Roger began his career spinning vinyl disco records, financing his
way through business school. Consequently he became a concert
promotor and event organizer with his brother John.They participated in ventures such as Decibel Outdoor with B2S, and Urbantown in association with Live Nation and created on- and offline brand activation properties for companies such as Grolsch, MTV, Nike, Vodafone and Philips.
Nowadays Roger is part of the team of IT professionals and consultants at Caesar Experts. They combine extensive knowledge of festivals with expertise of the latest low-tech and high-tech innovations. Their mission is to help improve festivals by extracting more data and translate this to a more efficient and user friendly management information flow
