He is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy, launching brands, building existing ones and finding opportunities to connect with more consumers every day. During his years in Korea, Chadi also led the growth of Heineken into Korea’s #1 music brand with a full music strategy encompassing owned and sponsored music festivals. He also took these festivals from the stages to the people’s daily lives, phones and earphones with partnerships with music streaming platforms, and to the bars and homes with nationwide promotions.
