In the event industry, the word sustainability is thrown around a lot, so when it comes to sustainable sourcing, energy, water and waste management, it seems like everyone is getting on the bus. But what about drinking? The subject hasn't come up much yet, despite the fact that beverages are an important part of festival production. And really, what's a great party without a great drink? So what does sustainability mean when it comes to drinking? The team from Mr Lyan in the UK have been working tirelessly on ways to challenge the drinks industry about what goes into drinking with sustainability and responsibility in mind.
