Vacancy Conference Program Intern

Intern Conference Program

Period: June until November 2024
Workweek: 40 hours

The core of the Amsterdam Dance Event is its annual conference, which we have been organizing for over 25 years. This event brings together the entire electronic music industry, including artists, producers, DJs, agents, managers, record labels, tech companies, export agencies, and governments.

ADE organizes two conferences each year: ADE PRO and ADE LAB.

ADE PRO:

More than 10,000 music professionals from 150 different countries come to Amsterdam for this event. We host networking events and knowledge-sharing sessions, provide spaces for conducting business, offer master classes, and organize workshops. Over four days, attendees gain insights into the latest industry trends, engage in discussions on current events, and explore the culture surrounding electronic dance music.

ADE LAB:

ADE Lab offers a talent development program for emerging DJs and producers, as well as individuals seeking deeper understanding of mixed media. We also provide sessions for those interested in working behind the scenes of the industry. Through master classes, demo drops, specialist sessions, panel discussions, keynotes, and networking events, we impart knowledge to a new generation of talents.

The Internship:

At the conferences, there are over 500 program components and 750 participants who need to be scheduled. Clear agreements must be made with all these guests, bios must be collected, and accurate descriptions must be created for the website. Precise communication with everyone is crucial, and clear itineraries must be provided for each guest. Therefore, we are seeking interns who work in a highly structured manner, maintain a professional attitude, and communicate effectively. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure and be resilient to stress.
