Intern Conference Program

Period: June until November
Werkweek: 40 uur

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the most important conference for electronic dance music, as well the world's biggest club festival. The event takes place in October and attracts more than 400.000 visitors from all over the world. Besides being the number one event for the EDM-industry, ADE also constitutes a solid base for the industry's future generation(s). With more than 1000 events in five days, hosted in some +200 locations, Amsterdam is turned into the global center of electronic music every year.

The Internship:

Are you a student with an affinity for conference programming and its implementation? Are you good at rolling up your sleeves and do you like to arrange everything from A to Z? Do you have a great interest in music events and would you like to contribute to that? Then we are looking for you! For the conference ADE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern.

You:

+ Know how to keep an overview during busy times

+ Are familiar with organizing events

+ Know the trends and developments that are going on within the (electronic) music industry

+ Work result-oriented and systematically. You are able to be flexible and you are creative in finding solutions

+ Work independently and are proactive

+ Is currently following a course at a minimum Higher Professional Education (HBO) level

+ Good understanding of Dutch, good communication skills in English, both in speech and writing

+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and / or InDesign) is an advantage
