The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the most important conference for electronic dance music, as well the world's biggest club festival. The event takes place in October and attracts more than 400.000 visitors from all over the world. Besides being the number one event for the EDM-industry, ADE also constitutes a solid base for the industry's future generation(s). With more than 1000 events in five days, hosted in some +200 locations, Amsterdam is turned into the global center of electronic music every year.

The internship:
Are you a student with an affinity for electronic music, brands and campaigns? Can you empathize with various target groups and do you want to help make progressive and relevant partnerships with international brands a success? Then we are looking for you! For the Brand Partnerships department, ADE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern.

In the Brand Partnership department we create great collaborations between different brands and ADE. These partnerships are intended to strengthen both brands. This is reflected in unforgettable activations during both the Conference and the Festival. Think of the Epic Party of Desperados, or the G-Star Raw Rave under the Rijksmuseum (both in 2019). As an intern Brand Partnerships you are part of the team that realizes these partnerships. Your tasks range from actively thinking about campaigns, to helping with the development of presentations, keeping guest lists up to date, supporting the Account Managers during ADE and making (online) reports.

You:

+ Are able to maintain contacts with relations at home and abroad

+ You have strong textual and visual skills and enjoy making presentations and reports

+ Are an emphatic person and you are customer- and service oriented

+ Work result-oriented and systematically

+ Can track the impact of campaigns and provide insight into results

+ Are able to be flexible and you are creative in finding solutions

+ Have good knowledge of the electronic music industry

+ Are currently following a course of at least Higher Professional Education (HBO) level

+ Good understanding of Dutch and good communication skills in English, both in speech and writing

+ Good knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and / or InDesign) is a plus
