Many new music-tech startups talk about taking on the big incumbents, and claim to be mission driven towards democratising the music industry. To what extent do we see and expect real change versus inflated claims? We zoom in on new music investment platforms aiming to open up the market for consumers, introducing new (direct) artist fan relationships, new creator flows, and new monetisation models. What role does blockchain / web3 tech play, and how does it fit the democratisation narrative? How might the role of existing music labels change? Is democratization happening and do we believe it will be driven top-down or bottom-up?

ADE Lab returns with a four-day programme from ADE Wednesday to Saturday at the Brakke grond and many more venues around the Amsterdam Nes area.
We do not sell ADE Conference only or Day Passes. The only way to get access to the ADE Pro Conference is the ADE Pro Pass.

Our conferences are accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.
