The reintroduction of the Infamous ADE Cook-off takes place on Thursday, 20 October! This year the ADE Cook-off is back in full swing with a brand-new concept!
The classic battle-royale format for the ADE Cook-off has tweaked towards a battle structure with artists facing off with each other one-on-one. In the beautiful courtyard of Fosbury and Sons arises two cooking stations where the artists will be assisted by two professional chefs from Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Together they will build delectable and high-end dishes that will be judged by a special jury of artists and chefs. The winner of each battle walks away with the prestigious title of ADE Cook Master 2022!
The event will take place between 1 pm and 7 pm and will host 3 head to head culinary battles. Come by, grab a drink from the open bar and be part of this very special get-together. You don’t want to miss this!
1 pm - Battle 1 - Line-up: Joe Smooth VS Eric de Man.
3 pm - Battle 2 - Line-up: DJ Jamz Supernova VS Masalo.
5 pm - Battle 3 – Line-up: David Vunk VS Freddy Tratlehner.

Jury team: Michel de Hey, Dam Swindl, Boris Werner & Guillaume de Beer (chef of Restaurant Breda)
Music by: FUNDI, VICI, Zoë Xenia & Julian Anthony.
All battles will be supported by two amazing chefs: George Kataras from VanderVeen Amsterdam & Hampus Risberg from Punk Royal Copenhagen.
*This event is only accessible to ADE Pro Pass holders. Keep in mind there is a limited capacity at this venue.
Festival FAQ
Yes, all official ADE Festival events listed on the ADE website are accessible with your ADE Pro Pass (limited capacity at venues). When capacity has been reached, a one in one out rule applies.
A very limited number of events, including the Nils Frahm seated concert at Concertgebouw and the Eric Prydz HOLO show have had an RSVP list for Pro Pass holders. Only the RSVP grants entry to the shows.
For (individual) festival tickets make sure to check out our program and simply add tickets to your basket as you explore all events.
Tip: Filter the program by "Show only events with available tickets" to get a quick view.
Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+), these are Dutch governmental rules which say that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club. Please double-check the promotors website to be sure you can enter the event.
We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.
