Please be aware that your E-ticket is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is mandatory to show your ID/passport during pick-up. Your items cannot be picked up by someone else.

Also, don’t forget to complete your profile details before ADE, to make sure we have the right information to prepare your personal badge.

The ADE Press Hub can be found in the Andaz Hotel, the floor above the ADE Business Hub.

NOTE: Make sure to get your press accreditation at the Info & Ticket Desk outside Felix Meritis before going to the ADE Press Hub. It's only a 3 minute walk from Felix Meritis to the Andaz Hotel. However, keep in mind that there can be lines at the Info & Ticket Desks.
