As a Office & Customer Relations Manager you’ll be first point of contact for the ADE team but also for all (potential) visitors.

As Office Manager you run the ADE office which includes receiving guests, placing orders, answering the telephone and calendar management, but also occasional project-based support. You enjoy creating a pleasant environment in which everyone is happy to work. You also understand better than anyone that your proactive support allows your colleagues to work effectively and optimally. In addition to office management tasks, you support the directors with tasks such as calendar management, taking minutes and HR activities.

You also work proactively in the Customer Relations department. With your service-oriented attitude, you like to provide customer support through different types of communication channels. You will not only answer potential questions, but you will also recognize and anticipate commercial opportunities. This also includes ticketing for which you will use a variety of systems.

We are looking for someone who can cope with peak and off-peak months in which you can set priorities during busy periods and see and pick up work in quiet times.

Position: Employed
Working hours: 32-40 hours per week

Your profile:

+ You have experience with secretarial support for a management, office management, event coordination and HR administration;

+ You have affinity with offering customer support (by telephone, e-mail and social media);

+ You can cope with busy periods and easily switch between different operations, channels and systems;

+ You are able to maintain contacts with national and international relations;

+ You are a solution-oriented go-getter, stress resistant, caring, hands-on, accurate, systematic and discreet;

+ You are available in the evening (5x a year) to take minutes at the meetings of the board of ADE;

+ You have a good understanding of Dutch and great communication skills in English;

+ You have experience with MS-Office tools, Monday, Slack, MailChimp and Keynote;

+ You have experience with HR administration and recruitment;

+ Affinity with electronic music and all of its (sub)genres is a plus;

+ Living in Amsterdam is an advantage.
