Audio Obscura expands program by adding two events at Lil' Amsterdam Central Station

Wednesday, 14 August 2019
The Dutch railroad station will be taken over by Motor City Drum Ensemble, Patrick Topping, Young Marco and many others.

Following up on the news about Audio Obscura inviting Adriatique, Dr. Rubenstein, Len Faki and more to Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ, we now take a look at Amsterdam promoters' and their new plans on ADE Thursday and Saturday.

For years, Audio Obscura has been able to make a link between distinctive locations in Amsterdam and a wide range of artists from an electronic angle. After staging events at the Concertgebouw and Rijksmuseum, they now manifest themselves with two events at Lil' Amsterdam for the second time, located in the Amstelpassage of Amsterdam Central Station.

ADE Thursday will be kicked off by Motor City Drum Ensemble, who will bring the expansive sounds of his record collection to the public. Joining him alongside will be Young Marco, a DJ well-known for playing everything from proto-house and voodoo jaktrax to Libyan disco anthems.

On October 19th, Audio Obscura will team up with Patrick Topping and his recently launched Trick record label. Visitors can also expect performances by Krystal Klear, Man Power and Spencer Parker.
