As Partnerships Manager you’ll support and work closely with the teams responsible for ADE’s partnerships, marketing, hospitality, conference, and production. You are in charge of the (creative) development of campaigns and/or collaborations and you manage relationships with current and future partners of ADE.
Position: Freelance Period: Starting immediately, for about 8 months Working hours: 12-40 hours per week
Most important responsibilities:
+ You approach existing and new partners and develop new collaborations with existing and new partners of ADE;
+ You are responsible for the implementation of the agreements made and maintain contact with the internal and external project managers about the implementation of the agreement;
+ You make final reports and (visual) presentations for various partners;
+ You provide general support to the ADE partnerships team.
+ You have a theoretical background in (creative) marketing, commercial economics, events and/or marketing communication (Bachelor Degree);
+ You have knowledge of (internal/backend) marketing possibilities of commonly used social media;
+ You are driven and passionate in both creation and sales;
+ You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, in both speech and writing. You additionally a have good understanding of Dutch;
+ You have affinity with and knowledge of events/festivals/electronic music;
+ You are flexible. You can easily adapt to variable working hours and changing circumstances;
+ You have experience in working in a dynamic work environment with many different stakeholders;
+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and / or InDesign) is an advantage.
+ A diverse assignment within an enthusiastic team that varies from 8 to 25 employees;
+ A project of 6-8 months, starting with 12 hours per week building up to 40 hours towards October;
+ A large network within the electronic music industry;
+ A physical workplace (depending on the current regulations) in Amsterdam East;
+ A market-based compensation.
